{"id":222,"date":"2011-02-23T05:01:00","date_gmt":"2011-02-23T05:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ladymacblog.com\/?p=222"},"modified":"2011-02-23T05:01:00","modified_gmt":"2011-02-23T05:01:00","slug":"my-quiche-recipe-request","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.ladymacblog.com\/?p=222","title":{"rendered":"My Quiche (Recipe Request)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: center;\">This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE quiche, make it often and have gotten very quick at it.<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-ivPgRZub7kw\/TWSVHfMdrhI\/AAAAAAAAKw0\/nPt25QAi-sg\/s1600\/DSC09619.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5576746194456915474\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-ivPgRZub7kw\/TWSVHfMdrhI\/AAAAAAAAKw0\/nPt25QAi-sg\/s320\/DSC09619.JPG\" style=\"cursor: pointer; display: block; height: 240px; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; width: 320px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 10px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>                     1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust (I have a chick pea flour crust I just love.)<\/li>\n<li>5 eggs<\/li>\n<li>                     1 cup organic coconut milk (organic because it is thicker)<\/li>\n<li>                     1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>                     1\/2 teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n<li>                     3 dashes hot pepper sauce, or to taste<\/li>\n<li>                     1 cup shredded old mozzarella cheese<\/li>\n<li>                     1\/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>                     1 can of crab meat<\/li>\n<li>2 green onions, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped greens (fresh herb mix or spinach)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).<\/li>\n<li>Make the crust and place in the greased pie plate (remember to puncture the crust with a fork too prevent too much crust shrinkage).<\/li>\n<li><span>In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk,  salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir in cheese, onion, greens and crab.
